From a private vineyard in the Vrinioti winery, located on Telethrio Mountain in North Evia. Total area of 2.5 h.a. Sandy soil with a 12% slope gradient, north-east orientation, and an altitude of 400 meters. Cold maceration of grapes for 18 hours at 5°C, followed by slow must fermentation in stainless steel tanks within a controlled environment. Enjoy it within the first 3-4 years of its life cycle.
