Ageli Kydonitsa is a fresh and vibrant white wine, rooted in the peninsula of Peloponnese, a region known for its diverse landscapes and rich history. The wine has moderately lemony hues and aromas of quince, pear, citrus, bergamot, and chamomile, while flavours of peach, butter caramel, and bitter orange create a balanced, refreshing palate.
Perfectly paired with salty cheeses, seafood, and savory pies.
Best enjoyed at 10-12°C.

From a 20-year-old vineyard in Aprokampos Nemea, yielding 500 kg / acre. Sandy soil with excellent drainage 850m above sea level. Ther grapes are soaked in water at 14°C for 12 hours. Fermented in stainless steel tanks under control temperatures for 20 days. Harvested by hand.
