From a select, privately-owned vineyard in Northern Evia, this dessert wine is crafted from the indigenous Vradiano variety, once forgotten but revived through the efforts of the Vriniotis Winery. The vineyard's sandy soil with pebbles, an 18% north-east slope gradient, and an altitude of 400 meters contribute to its distinctive profile. The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness, fortified, partially fermented, and aged in French barrels.
