Viognier from Boeotia captures the heart of Central Greece in every sip. This wine unfolds with the luscious aromas of apricot, ripe peach, and delicate white flowers, mingling with subtle hints of oak and buttery warmth, adding depth and richness to its character.
It pairs well with meals cooked with garlic, oregano, thyme, thyme for example mushrooms or Asian food.
Best served at 10-12°C.

From a 14-year-old vineyard in Asiopia Viotia, yielding 500kg / acre. Sandy soil with excellent drainage, 250m above sea level. Cold soaked at 14°C for 8-12 hours. Fermented in controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Half of the wine is placed inside French oak barrels to mature for 6 months sur lie, with the other half fermenting in cement vessels. Harvested by hand.
