The wine’s long aftertaste captures the essence of the valley’s vibrant flora. An excellent aperitif that accompanies a large variety of dishes. Recommended for pasta with tomato sauce.

Mouhtaro vineyard planted on the south/south-east slopes of Helicon Mountain in the Muses Valley, with a peak elevation of 1280 meters. Altitude of 380-420m. Clay and gravel soils with a 6-8% gradient. Royat training system. Yield per ha (approx. 10000 sq.m.): 8000 kg. Not irrigated.
