Vradiano, made from 100% Vradiano grapes, comes from the historic wine-growing region of North Evia, where winemaking dates back to ancient times. With its deep ruby colour and complex aromas of cherry, sour cherry, coconut, almond, and spices, this wine reflects the rich character of the region.
Soft on the palate with well-structured tannins, it delivers a long, satisfying aftertaste that speaks to the craftsmanship behind it. It pairs well with grilled and cured meats or dishes cooked in rich sauces. Try it with a stew, steak or hard yellow cheeses for a perfect pairing. Best served at 18°C.
Maturated in French oak barrels for 12 months. Bottled unfiltered.

From a select, privately-owned vineyard planted with the indigenous variety Vradiano. An almost extinct variety of Northern Evia, revived through the cultivation and winemaking efforts of the Vriniotis Winery. Sandy soil with pebbles, an 18% north-east slope gradient, and an altitude of 400 meters. Spontaneous, indigenous yeast fermentation in open-topped tanks to fully express the Vradiano variety.
