Syrah vineyard planted in 1988 on the south-east slopes of Helicon Mountain in Boeotia, Greece (62 km southeast of Delphi). Altitude of 380 meters. Clay sandy soils with a gradient > 3%. Guyot training system, with 4200 vines per ha. Non-irrigated. Cultivated by hand. Yield per ha (approx. 10000 sq.m.): 9000 kg, or an average of 2.14 kg of grapes per plant. Harvested by hand.
