This pale pink rosé, made from 100% Grenache Rouge, offers a vibrant bouquet of cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, and rose, with subtle notes of butter caramel. The flavour profile combines red fruits and grapefruit, leading to a medium, long, and intense finish.
Opium pairs beautifully with salads, vegetable dishes, seafood pasta, meals with red sauces, and pizzas.
Best served at 10-12°C.

From 45-year-old “cup formation” vineyard in Distos, South Evia, yielding 700kg / acre at an altitude of 200m. The grapes are placed in the pressure machine for 8 hours, fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures for 20 days. Harvested by hand.
