The wine reveals fresh aromas of citrus fruits like lemon and lime, intertwined with the subtle sweetness of white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, it brings crisp citrus notes, enhanced by a touch of minerality that reflects the island’s unique terroir. The finish is light and refreshing, with a dry citrus aftertaste, making it perfect for warm-weather sipping.
Pairs well with green salads, boiled vegetables, fried fish, cheese pie or simply in a glass.

From linear vineyards in Plateau of Karystos, South Evia. Limestone soil with excellent drainage, 150m above sea level. Traditional white vinification method. The grapes stay in the pressure machine at cold temperatures for 2 hours. Fermented under controlled temperatures for almost 15 days. Harvested by hand.
