From selected vineyards in North Evia. White vinification in stainless steel tanks with fermentation at controlled temperatures, separately for each variety.
Price range: £13.60 through £73.42 (incl. VAT)
This aromatic wine is a blend of Aidani, native grape of Santorini, and Monemvasia, a refreshing variety from the Aegean, a beautiful area of sea between Europe and Asia. The Winery is located in the wider region of northern Evia, known for its thermal springs, the inactive volcano of Lichada, a location known for the production of quality wines.
This wine displays a lovely fresh character, with notes of citrus, grapefruit and lime. It pairs well with green salads, seafood, fish and light pasta dishes. Best served at 10°C.
