Gi Photos, meaning "Land of Light", has a deep ruby red colour and powerful aromas of sour cherry, plum, blackberries, caramel, and a touch of cinnamon.
It has a smooth texture and layered flavors of sour cherry, butter, chocolate, and a hint of black pepper. It leaves a long and pleasant aftertaste lingers pleasantly that leaves a lasting impression. Perfectly paired with roasted meat, game, and mature cheeses.
Gi Photos is best enjoyed at 16-18°C.
Maturated in French oak barrels for 12 months & 12 months in bottles.
